This policy explains what information NDUR Watchman LLC, doing business as Brick-n-MortarAI ("we", "us"), collects through this website and while making ads for clients, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We are a small business based in Maryland. Questions go to west@bricknmortarai.com.

What we collect

What you give us.

The quote form: your name, email, business name, type of business, number of locations and your message.
Emails and calls with us, and the notes we keep from them.
If you buy a plan: your name, email, billing address and what you bought. Card details go straight to our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
If you are a client: the materials you send so we can make your ads, such as logos, photos, video, menus, offers and, for an AI likeness, photos of you and recordings of your voice.

What is collected automatically.

Your cart is saved in your own browser's storage so it survives between pages. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. They are used to run and secure the site and are deleted on the host's normal schedule.

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking on this site, and we load no third-party scripts or fonts. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and tell you how to opt out.

How we use it

To reply to you and prepare a quote.
To make, deliver and revise the ads you order, and to bill for them.
To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

We use a client's photos, voice and likeness only to make that client's own ads. We never use them to make content for anyone else, and we never use them to train AI models for others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only what each one needs:

Our website host, which serves the site and keeps its logs.
Our form and email providers, which deliver form messages.
Stripe, which processes payments under its own privacy policy.
The AI production and editing tools we use to make your ads, which process your materials only to produce them.
Accountants, lawyers or authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

If the business is ever sold or merged, your information would pass to the new owner under this policy.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries that don't become clients: up to 2 years, then deleted.
Client materials, including likeness photos and voice recordings: for as long as your plan is active, then deleted within 90 days of it ending, unless you ask us to keep them for a future project. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Billing and tax records: as long as the law requires, usually 7 years.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy of it
correct it
delete it, except what we must keep by law
stop sending you marketing email (every email also has a one-click unsubscribe link)

Email west@bricknmortarai.com with your request. We may ask you to confirm it is you, and we will reply within 45 days. You will not be treated differently for using any of these rights. If we turn a request down, you can ask us to look at it again, and if you are a Maryland resident you can also contact the Maryland Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We don't track visitors across sites, so there is nothing for these signals to switch off. If we ever add tracking, we will honor them.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, payments are handled on Stripe's hosted checkout, and access to client materials is limited to the people making your ads. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires, including the Maryland Attorney General where Maryland law applies.

Children

This site and our services are for businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and we never sell personal information about anyone. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also email clients and subscribers before it takes effect.
